About Arnol Staggs
Arnol Staggs was born in West Virginia and raised in Kentucky. After he finished school he worked in the coal mines in Kentucky. After a while he moved to Detroit, Michigan and began working in the automotive industry.
While working in the mining industry in the 1970's, he applied for a patent for a new drill bit that was used in a mobile drill to drill blast holes. The patent was issued. He later invented a continuous miner bit which proved to be the best bit ever used in a continuous miner.
Then, in 1990, while working in the automotive industry he invented the Adapt-a-Ball™ trailer hitch apparatus which is now being manufactured and sold by Valley Industries. This has proved to be one of their most successful products.
In 2002, he invented the newest component line, the Pintle Clamp, Patent # 6889995, issued May 10, 2005. Currently in the patent office for review and determination are his new Ball Mount and Receiver.
